USA. May 3, 2022. #1. Customer brought me a Lenovo Flex 6-14IKB 81EM that is having keyboard issues. It's intermittent. Sometimes keys won't work. Other times they work fine. Other times they'll repeat. An external keyboard works fine in my testing.
About two months later it started again, but without the shutting down thing. When I open the device the keyboard should be usable, which obviously isn't the case. I suspect that it's the lid position sensor, because sometimes, when I close the laptop, the keyboard get's activated, which is signalled by a symbol that appears on screen
