I'm using 5 - 40 - 45 right now - on very high speed it feels a little bit better than previous (doesn't work for every car, so i adjust them on the fly). Still, Horizon is semi-sim game so "twitchiness" can't be eliminated entirely. IMO. Definitely hear you, I set mine to 5-70-45; 0-50-40 felt a bit tiny bit stiff.
Go to the "Settings" menu, open the "Control" tab and select the "general" item in the drop-down list. Then tune options in the way described below: 1. Slider "wheel linearity" set to the minimum value. 2. Slider "wheel dead zone" set to the value a bit higher than minimum. This will make car controlling easier.

PC: Download and launch Xbox 360 Controller Emulator on your PC. Head over to the Issues tab and download any missing files if prompted. Select the +Add button and choose your steering wheel which you’ve connected. Now launch Steam and head over to the Settings section.

Anti-dead Zone X: 0.2. - Gyro: Output Mode: Controls (Accel) Tilt Left: Left X-Axis -. Tilt Right: Left X-Axis +. In FH5 itself, I set Steering Axis Deadzone Inside to 0. Outside deadzone: 85-90, depending on what feels right. I wouldn't go over 90 because you'll find you can't get the steering wheel to move much at all. 6w7gK8C.
